My name is Loann Dang. I know how overwhelming it can feel to balance kids, work, and your own life while constantly being pulled by notifications, social media, and the pressure to do it all. 

I spent years exploring digital balance and the mental resets that really works. Using Guided hypnosis and coaching, I help mothers like you step off the endless scroll and reclaim focus, peace of mind and presence
